TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS: COVID-19 Operating Update
The country is now split by Covid-19 Lockdown Levels, Auckland is now in Level 3, the remainder of the country is in Level 2, all with strict adherence to guidelines.
- Both the Altus Auckland and Hamilton Manufacturing plants are now operational.
- Our Fabricator network is now open, Auckland showrooms remain closed, however the rest of New Zealand is open with strict adherence to COVID guidelines.
- Given many suppliers are located within the Auckland region, delays in delivery of finished goods may still occur - we recommend any customer seeking guidance on delivery dates speak directly with their RDC or local Fabricator.
- We are working to address all enquiries however we cannot guarantee a quick response to enquiries made through our website contact pages nor phone enquiry direct to RDC, or Fabricator branches during this time.
We are following the Government’s guidance closely and will update our contact page as further announcements are made.
